Colladrop Flex is a liquid supplement supplied in a 500 ml (16.9 fl. oz.) bottle, providing 20 servings of 25 ml. Each 25 ml serving contains 5000 mg of hydrolyzed collagen type I and III (Collagen HM™).

The ingredient list includes distilled water, concentrated lemon and orange juice, xylitol as a sweetener, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Indian frankincense resin extract standardized to 65% boswellic acid, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), chondroitin, hyaluronic acid, and an extract of Baikal skullcap root standardized to 85% baicalin. Potassium sorbate is included as a preservative, along with D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), menaquinone (vitamin K from natto), and cholecalciferol (vitamin D from lanolin). Per serving, the product provides 160 mg vitamin C, 6 mg vitamin E, 60 mg hyaluronic acid, 150 mg chondroitin, 30 µg vitamin K, 12.5 µg (500 IU) vitamin D, 500 mg MSM, and 300 mg Indian frankincense extract, of which 195 mg is boswellic acid.

The collagen is marine-derived, sourced from the skins of cod, Alaska pollock, saithe, haddock and plaice, and the product therefore contains fish. Vitamin D is sourced from lanolin (sheep wool). The label states the product is not declared to contain gluten, lactose, or soy.
