Description

Swanson Magnesium Lactate delivers 84 mg of magnesium per capsule in the form of magnesium lactate, a well-regarded form of this essential mineral. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function, and to normal psychological function.

Magnesium also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the maintenance of normal bones. Each capsule provides 22% of the Nutrient Reference Value (Nutrient Reference Value), in a convenient, no-fuss capsule format.

Each pack contains 120 capsules, with a recommended intake of two capsules per day, offering a two-month supply in every bottle.
