These are magnesium gummies supplied in a pack of 30. Each gummy provides 83 mg of magnesium (as magnesium citrate), which is 22% of the Nutrient Reference Value.

The ingredients are magnesium (as magnesium citrate), tapioca syrup, cane sugar, water and pectin, with citric acid, lactic acid, malic acid, natural flavors and vegetable juice (color) making up 2 percent or less of the total. The label states the product is free from milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans and sesame.
