Universal Nutrition Calcium Zinc and Magnesium Plus Copper (100 Tablets)

This product is supplied in tablet form, with 100 tablets per container and a serving size of 3 tablets, giving approximately 33 servings per container. Each serving provides calcium, magnesium (as oxide), zinc (as oxide), copper (as oxide), silica and glutamic acid, at amounts of 1000 mg, 400 mg, 13.50 mg, 1 mg, 40 mg and 100 mg respectively.

Other ingredients include dicalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, whey, magnesium stearate, precipitated silica and pharmaceutical glaze. The label states that the product contains milk, and that it is made in a GMP facility on equipment that also processes soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and wheat.
