Each serving of 2 softgels provides 1360 mg of total omega-3s, including 780 mg EPA, 390 mg DHA and 190 mg of other omega-3s, along with 285 mg of omega-6s (including 76 mg GLA) and 160 mg of omega-9s (including 120 mg oleic acid). Each serving also contains 25 calories and 2.5 g of total fat, with 0 g saturated fat and 0 g trans fat.

The ingredients are purified deep sea fish oil from anchovies and sardines, borage seed oil, RRR-alpha tocopherol as an antioxidant, natural flavor and rosemary extract as a natural preservative. The softgel capsule shell is made from gelatin, glycerin, purified water and natural flavor.
