Description

Complete Omega Xtra is supplied in softgel form, with 60 softgels per container. Each serving of 2 softgels provides 1360 mg of total omega-3s, including 780 mg EPA, 390 mg DHA and 190 mg of other omega-3s, along with 285 mg of omega-6s (including 76 mg GLA) and 160 mg of omega-9s (including 120 mg oleic acid). Each serving also contains 25 calories and 2.5 g of total fat, with 0 g saturated fat and 0 g trans fat.

The ingredients are purified deep sea fish oil from anchovies and sardines, borage seed oil, RRR-alpha tocopherol as an antioxidant, natural flavor and rosemary extract as a natural preservative. The softgel capsule shell is made from gelatin, glycerin, purified water and natural flavor.

The label states this product contains fish (anchovies, sardines) and is free from gluten, milk derivatives, and artificial colors or flavors.
