Per serving, the label lists 1600mg of CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine, 1000mg of Micronized Creatine Monohydrate, 1000mg of L-Arginine Hydrochloride, 200mg of N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine and 150mg of Caffeine Anhydrous, together with Vitamin C, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid and Vitamin B12.

Mandatory information

Take one daily serving (1 level scoop of powder, using scoop provided in container) of C4 Original, mixed with 150–200 ml of water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed daily dose and do not use continuously for more than 8 weeks.
