Description

This is a powder supplied in a 198g pack, which the label states is approximately 30 servings. Each serving is approximately 6.5g, mixed with water or another beverage before use.

The ingredients include CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine, micronized creatine monohydrate, L-arginine hydrochloride, N-acetyl-L-tyrosine and caffeine anhydrous, along with anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), an acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), L-ascorbic acid, a colour (beetroot red), nicotinamide, methylcobalamin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid and pyridoxal-5 phosphate. Per serving, the label states CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine at 1600mg, L-arginine hydrochloride at 1000mg, N-acetyl-L-tyrosine at 200mg and caffeine anhydrous at 150mg.

The label states the product contains caffeine, with no major allergens declared on the EU/UK label.

Mandatory information

Take one daily serving (1 rounded scoop, approximately 6.5g) of C4 Original, mixed with 150–200ml of cold water 20–30 minutes before training. To assess individual tolerance, start with a half-scoop. Do not exceed one serving per day. Do not consume more than one serving per 24 hours.
