Blood and Guts, Bubble Gum is a powder supplied in a 380g pack, stated as 20 servings. Each serving is 2 heaping scoops (19 g).

The ingredients include L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-Alanine, an A-AKG Complex (L-Arginine, Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate), L-Tyrosine, Caffeine Anhydrous, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Guarana Seed Extract, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), Sweet Orange Peel Extract and Black Pepper Fruit Extract, along with anti-caking agents, flavouring, maltodextrin, sweeteners and colours. Per serving, the product provides 6000 mg of L-Citrulline Malate, 4000 mg of Arginine AKG, 5500 mg of Beta-Alanine, 500 mg of L-Tyrosine, 350 mg of total caffeine, 187 mg of Sweet Orange Peel Extract, 2.5 mg of Black Pepper Fruit Extract and 47.6 mg of Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide).

It is made in a facility that uses milk, soy, egg and nuts. No major allergens are declared in the ingredients.

Mandatory information

Mix 2 scoops (19 g) with 250–350 ml water and consume 30 minutes before exercise. For first-time users, mix 1 scoop (9.5 g) with 250 ml water. Do not exceed 1 serving (2 scoops) per 24-hour period.
