ABE Pump, Tigers Blood is supplied as a powder in a 500g pack, providing 40 servings at 1 scoop (12.5g) or 20 servings at 2 scoops (25g). It is intended to be mixed into a drink before use.

Each 1 scoop (12.5g) serving contains 5000mg Citrulline Malate 2:1, 1000mg Beta-Alanine and 1500mg Creatine Monohydrate; a 2 scoop (25g) serving contains 10000mg Citrulline Malate 2:1, 2000mg Beta-Alanine and 3000mg Creatine Monohydrate. The full ingredient list also includes Taurine, Arginine Silicate Inositol (as Nitrosigine®), Flavouring, Acid (Citric Acid), Sodium Bicarbonate, Choline Bitartrate (as VitaCholine™), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), Himalayan Pink Salt, FitNox™ (Moringa Oleifera Extract, Punica Granatum Extract, Kaempferia Parviflora Extract), Colour (Beetroot Red), Sweetener (Sucralose), Niacinamide, AstraGin® (Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extract & Panax Notoginseng Root Extract) and Vitamin B12.

The label states no common allergens are included, though the product is produced in a facility that handles egg, milk, peanut, tree nut, fish, shellfish, soy and cereals containing gluten and products thereof.
