Solgar Selenium (Yeast Free) delivers 200 µg of selenium per tablet in the form of L-selenomethionine, a highly bioavailable organic form of this essential trace mineral. Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to normal thyroid function.

This formula is entirely yeast free, making it a suitable choice for those who prefer or require a yeast-free supplement. Each tablet is produced to Solgar's rigorous quality standards, with no artificial flavours, sweeteners or colours, and is free from gluten, wheat, dairy and soy.
