Description

Selenium is supplied in tablet form, with 250 tablets per container. Each tablet provides 100 µg of elemental selenium (182% DV), derived from 20 mg of L-Selenomethionine.

Other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source) and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). The label states the product is not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients, though it is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
