Puritan's Pride Selenium 200 µg delivers a well-established trace mineral in a convenient once-daily tablet. Each tablet provides 200 µg of selenium sourced from selenium yeast, supplying 364% of the Nutrient Reference Value.

Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to normal thyroid function. Selenium also contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal nails.

Each pack contains 100 tablets, providing selenium as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients

Ingredients Selenium (as Selenium Yeast) 200 µg. Other Ingredients: Brewer's Yeast, Vegetable Cellulose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate. Contains wheat ingredients.
