The formula features several high-quality trademarked ingredients, including Quatrefolic® (a bioavailable form of folate), VitaCholine™, and BioPerine® black pepper extract. Additional botanical extracts — including Shatavari ( Asparagus racemosus ), Dong Quai ( Angelica sinensis ), Cranberry ( Vaccinium macrocarpon ), Japanese knotweed ( Polygonum cuspidatum ), and Lutein — round out this thoughtfully designed women's multivitamin.

Produced in vegan hard capsules (HPMC), this product is free from gluten, lactose, soy and GMOs, making it suitable for a wide range of dietary preferences. Capsule shell: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) — vegan hard capsule shell.
