Calcium Citrate with Minerals & Vitamin D-2 is supplied in tablet form, with 250 tablets per container, providing 125 servings at a serving size of 2 tablets. Each serving provides vitamin D (as D2 ergocalciferol) at 10 µg (400 IU), calcium (from calcium citrate) at 600 mg, magnesium (from magnesium oxide and magnesium aspartate) at 300 mg, zinc (from zinc chelate complex) at 15 mg, copper (from copper chelate complex) at 1 mg, and manganese (from manganese chelate complex) at 5 mg.

The tablets include a vegetarian coating made from hypromellose, calcium carbonate and glycerin, along with hydroxypropyl cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), citric acid, maltodextrin and stearic acid (vegetable source).

The product is not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients, though it is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
