Description

N1 Pre-Workout in Blackcurrant flavour is a powder supplied in a 510g pack, giving approximately 30 servings of 17 g or 60 servings of 8.5 g. Per 17 g serving it provides 3500 mg L-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate, 3500 mg beta-alanine, 2660 mg creatine (monohydrate and citrate), 500 mg L-tyrosine, 500 mg L-alanine and 200 mg caffeine (half these amounts per 8.5 g serving).

The ingredient list also includes inulin, calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, citric acid, L-ascorbic acid, glycine, sodium chloride, ginseng extract (5% ginsenosides), flavouring, a mixture of beetroot concentrate and spirulina extract, nicotinamide, black carrot concentrate, sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, silicon dioxide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, and black pepper extract (95% piperine) known as Bioperine.

The label states the product may contain traces of soy and milk protein.

Mandatory information

For those up to 75 kg body weight and sensitive athletes: mix 8.5 g (approx. 1/4 measuring scoop) in 150 ml of water. For those over 75 kg body weight or professional athletes: mix 17 g (approx. 1/2 measuring scoop) in 300 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
