Description

N1 Pre-Workout, Blue Raspberry flavour, is a powder supplied in a 510g pack, providing 60 servings at 8.5 g or 30 servings at 17 g. The serving size is 8.5 g for a single dose or 17 g for a double dose.

Each 8.5 g serving contains 1750 mg of L-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate, 1750 mg of beta-alanine, 1330 mg of a creatine mix (creatine monohydrate and creatine citrate), 250 mg of L-tyrosine and 100 mg of caffeine. The full ingredient list also includes inulin, calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, citric acid, L-ascorbic acid, L-alanine, glycine, sodium chloride, flavouring, ginseng extract (Panax ginseng, 5% ginsenosides), nicotinamide, sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, silicon dioxide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, black pepper extract (Piper Nigrum, 95% piperine) and colouring brilliant blue FCF.

The label states the product may contain traces of soy and milk protein.

May contain traces of soy and milk protein.

Mandatory information

Up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive athletes: mix 8.5 g into 150 ml of water. Over 75 kg body weight or for high-proficiency training: mix 17 g into 300 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
