Description

HR Labs Defib Advanced Pre Workout Catalyst is a research-driven, high-specification powder formula designed with serious, experienced trainers in mind. Defib combines a broad spectrum of ingredients — including Citrulline Malate 2:1, Beta Alanine, Betaine Anhydrous, Taurine, and Acetyl-L-Carnitine — alongside branded complexes such as PeptiPump™, Sabroxy®, SalidroPure™, and AstraGin®, in a formula intended for use by experienced trainers during demanding training sessions.

The formula also features Citicoline and Juniper Berry Extract, along with AstraGin® — a patented blend of Astragalus Membranaceus Root and Panax Notoginseng Root. At two scoops, the advanced dose delivers 400mg of Caffeine Anhydrous, making this a product intended strictly for those who have assessed their own caffeine and stimulant tolerance.

Mandatory information

Defib V3 is a highly dosed, research-driven pre-workout formulated for advanced trainers. Please consider your own tolerance levels prior to use. We recommend taking one scoop (10.5g) mixed with 250–350ml of water 20–30 minutes prior to training. Advanced users may benefit from taking two scoops (21g) in the same way. The full serving of active ingredients is provided at two scoops. Do not exceed more than 2 servings in any 24-hour period. Do not use within 5 hours of intended sleep.
