Description

Trained by JP Cream of Rice is a smooth, easy-to-prepare rice flour-based powder. The Cherry Bakewell flavour brings a sweet, dessert-inspired taste to your pre- or post-workout meal.

Each 25g serving provides 85 kcal and 19.3g of carbohydrates with virtually no sugar or fat. With 80 servings per 2000g bag, this format offers a consistent supply for day-to-day use.

Naturally free from gluten and suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets, Trained by JP Cream of Rice prepares in minutes — simply add boiling water, stir, and adjust to your preferred consistency.

Ingredients Rice Flour, Flavouring, Salt, Colouring (Red Beetroot Extract), Sweetener (Sucralose).

Mandatory information

Take 1 scoop (25g) per serving. Add the desired number of servings into a heat-proof bowl. Slowly add boiling water, stirring continuously until your favoured consistency is achieved. Allow to cool before consuming.
