Preparation is effortless — simply mix one serving with hot water or milk for a warm, porridge-style bowl, or blend with your preferred liquid for a smooth shake. Mandatory information

Mix one serving (approx. 50g) with 150ml–200ml of boiling water or milk. Stir well and let sit for 1–2 minutes until desired consistency is reached. Alternatively, add to a shaker or blender with your chosen liquid and blend until smooth. Approximately 80 servings per 2kg bag.
