Each 10 g serving provides an instant BCAA mixture containing L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, together totalling 6,000 mg per serving, with 4,000 mg L-leucine, 1,000 mg L-isoleucine and 1,000 mg L-valine.

The ingredient list also includes L-glutamine, the acidity regulator citric acid, flavouring, beetroot concentrate, the sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K, and the anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide, alongside the emulsifier sunflower lecithin used in the BCAA mixture. The label states the product may contain traces of soy and milk protein.
