BCAA 4:1:1 Powder, Cherry is a powder supplied in a 500 g pack, giving approximately 50 servings of 10 g each. Each 10 g serving provides an instant BCAA mixture containing L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, together totalling 6,000 mg per serving, with 4,000 mg L-leucine, 1,000 mg L-isoleucine and 1,000 mg L-valine.

The ingredient list also includes L-glutamine, the acidity regulator citric acid, flavouring, beetroot concentrate, the sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K, and the anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide, alongside the emulsifier sunflower lecithin used in the BCAA mixture. The label states the product may contain traces of soy and milk protein.

Mandatory information

Mix a serving of 10 g (approx. ½ measuring scoop) in 200 ml of water 15 minutes before physical performance and immediately after it. May be used also during physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
