Solgar Formula VM-75 is a multivitamin and mineral supplement providing a broad range of vitamins and minerals in tablet form. Each tablet delivers a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals — including the full B-complex family at 75 mg/µg potency — alongside botanicals, bioflavonoids, and phytonutrients.
Formulated with premium chelated minerals for enhanced bioavailability, VM-75 features carefully selected forms of each nutrient, such as iron bisglycinate chelate, L-selenomethionine, and d-alpha tocopheryl succinate. The inclusion of a herbal base (Alfalfa, Acerola, Parsley, Rose Hips, Watercress) and citrus bioflavonoid complex adds a thoughtful botanical dimension to this all-in-one formula. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
