Solgar Formula VM-75 is a multivitamin and mineral supplement providing a broad range of vitamins and minerals in tablet form. Each tablet delivers a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals — including the full B-complex family at 75 mg/µg potency — alongside botanicals, bioflavonoids, and phytonutrients.

Formulated with premium chelated minerals for enhanced bioavailability, VM-75 features carefully selected forms of each nutrient, such as iron bisglycinate chelate, L-selenomethionine, and d-alpha tocopheryl succinate. The inclusion of a herbal base (Alfalfa, Acerola, Parsley, Rose Hips, Watercress) and citrus bioflavonoid complex adds a thoughtful botanical dimension to this all-in-one formula. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
