Description

This is a Salted Caramel flavoured powder supplied in a 500g pack, stated as 17 servings of 28g each. The plant protein complex is made from soy protein isolate, pea protein, cranberry protein, rice protein, hemp protein, sunflower protein and almond protein. The remaining ingredients are flavouring, the thickening agent cellulose gum, the sweeteners xylitol, sucralose and acesulfame K, salt, and the colouring agent carotenes.

Each 28g serving provides 448 kJ / 109 kcal, 5.2g fat of which 0.8g is saturated, 6g carbohydrates of which 3.5g is sugars, 1.8g fibre, 75g protein and 1.8g salt per 100g, with the corresponding per-serving values of 1.5g fat, 0.2g saturated fat, 1.7g carbohydrates, 1g sugars, 0.5g fibre, 21g protein and 0.5g salt.

The label states it contains almond and soy, and may contain derivatives of cereals containing gluten, milk and eggs.

Mandatory information

To prepare a protein shake, dissolve one serving (28g – 1 scoop) in 300–350 ml of water. To get the consistency of a pudding, dissolve one serving (28g) in 250 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
