Description

Critical Oats Protein Porridge is a powder supplied in a 600g pack, stated on the label as 10 servings. Each serving is one 60g scoop.

The ingredients are wholegrain oats flakes, whey protein concentrate (milk) with sunflower lecithin, whey protein isolate (milk) with sunflower lecithin, medium chain triglycerides (coconut MCT oil, tapioca starch), cocoa powder, flavouring, xanthan gum, and sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia). Per serving it provides 999 kJ / 239 kcal, 6 g fat, 3.06 g of which saturates, 23 g carbohydrate, 1.38 g of which sugars, 3.9 g fibre, 23 g protein and 0.54 mg salt.

The label states it contains milk, with allergens shown in bold, and that it is made in a facility that also handles egg, soy, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.

Ingredients

Wholegrain Oats Flakes, Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk) (30%) (contains Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin), ISO-XP Whey Protein Isolate (Milk) (10%) (contains Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin), Medium Chain Triglycerides (Coconut MCT Oil, Tapioca Starch), Cocoa Powder, Flavouring, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Steviol Glycosides from Stevia).

Mandatory information

Option 1: Add 1 scoop (60g) with 150ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave for 1-2 minutes. Eat and ENJOY! Option 2: Add 1 scoop (60g) with 100ml of cold water or milk and stir well. To add heat place into the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir again, and ENJOY!
