Description

Shred-X Powder, Strawberry Kiwi is a powder supplied in a 300g pack, stated as 30 servings. Each 10g serving provides 3000mg of Acetyl L-Carnitine, 450mg of Green Tea Extract (95% Polyphenols), 300mg of Choline Bitartrate, 250mg of L-Tyrosine and 200mg of Caffeine Anhydrous, with total caffeine including green tea stated as 228mg.

The ingredient list also includes Inulin, Citric Acid, Vitamin C (as L-Ascorbic Acid), L-Theanine (from Green Tea Extract), Gymnema Sylvestre Extract (75% Gymnemic Acid), Taurine, Sodium Bicarbonate, Flavouring, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), Colour (Beetroot Red), Sweetener (Sucralose), Vitamin B3 (as Niacinamide), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

The label states no common allergens are included, but that the product is produced in a facility that handles milk, soya, eggs, fish, celery, and cereals containing gluten and products thereof.

Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 level scoop (10g) with 200ml of cold water and consume 15 minutes prior to exercise. Scoops are estimated only, weighing scales are recommended. 1 serving per day maximum.
