Mandatory information
Mix 1 level scoop (10g) with 200ml of cold water and consume 15 minutes prior to exercise. Scoops are estimated only, weighing scales are recommended. 1 serving per day maximum. Do not consume more than 800mg Green Tea Extract (containing (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate) per day. Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day.
