Description

These are protein bars supplied as a pack of 12 x 60g bars, 720g in total. Each bar contains a protein blend of calcium caseinate, whey protein isolate and hydrolysed whey protein concentrate, combined with dark chocolate containing cocoa mass and the sweetener maltitol, cocoa butter, soy lecithin and natural flavouring.

Other ingredients include glycerol, water, cocoa nibs, palm fat, polydextrose, white chocolate with maltitol and whole milk powder, soy cocoa crisps made from soy protein, cocoa powder and tapioca starch, fat-reduced cocoa powder, raspberry powder, citric acid, sucralose and a carrot and blackcurrant concentrate.

Each 60g bar provides 219–220 kcal, 20g of protein, 21g of carbohydrates (of which 0.9g sugars and more than 10g per 100g polyols), and 10g of fat, with fibre stated as high. The product contains milk and soy, and may also contain traces of gluten, peanuts and nuts. It is suitable for a vegetarian diet.
