Description

Protein Cookie Dough is a powder supplied in an 800g pack. It is made from milk protein, a whisking mixture (glucose syrup, palm oil, milk protein, stabilisers potassium phosphate and E 452, emulsifier E 471, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, colour E 160a), cocoa and chocolate bits (sweetener maltitol, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier soy lecithin, natural flavouring). It also contains sodium chloride, flavouring, stabilisers acacia gum and xanthan gum, thickener guar gum, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, inulin, and sweeteners sucralose and steviol-glycosides.

The label states it contains milk and soy, and may contain traces of nuts. It is noted as not suitable for individuals with lactose intolerance. The product is described as suitable for vegetarian and gluten free diets.
