Description
Ölmühle Solling Bio Red Palm Oil is a certified organic, cold-processed native red palm oil sourced from organically controlled cultivation. Its striking deep-red colour comes from its carotenoid content — approximately 54 mg total carotenoids per 100 g, including around 50.9 mg of beta-carotene.
This oil also contains a range of vitamin E compounds, including both tocopherols and tocotrienols. With 100 g of fat per 100 g and a high smoke point, it is suitable for high-temperature cooking — braising, frying, and deep-frying — and as a base for spreads and other culinary preparations.
