Mandatory information

Add and mix 1 scoop (7.42g) to 8–10 oz of cold water. Take 20 minutes before exercising or competition and again immediately after. Drink 1–2 servings 3–6 times per day, no more than 6 times daily and at least 2 hours apart. Ingest 25 minutes prior to any other proteins or amino acids and at least 2 hours after any meal or drink containing protein or amino acids.
