Description

This is a powder supplied in a 250 g (8.8 oz) pack, stated as 50 servings, with a serving size of 1 scoop (5 g). It is mixed with water or another beverage before use.

The formula is organized into three blends: an Energising Muscle Fuel Blend (3204 mg) containing beta alanine, creatine monohydrate and citric acid; a Blood Flow Amplifier (1300 mg) containing L-citrulline malate and L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG); and an Extreme Mental Focus blend (147 mg) containing caffeine and oleuropein aglycone from olive leaf extract. Other ingredients listed are natural and artificial flavor, calcium silicate, silicon dioxide, sucralose, tartaric acid, acesulfame potassium, malic acid, and grape (fruit) powder used as color.

It is produced on equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, egg, wheat, shellfish, fish and soy.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 5–8 oz (150–250 mL) of cold water and consume prior to exercise. Take 1–3 times daily. Read warnings before use. Never exceed 3 scoops in any 24-hour period. New to pre-workouts? Start with one scoop to assess tolerance.
