Description

Hydration Sticks, Kool-Aid Grape flavor, are supplied in sachet form, with 16 stick packs per box, each containing 6.5g for a total net content of 104g. Each stick pack provides Taurine 1,000mg, Choline Bitartrate 500mg, CocOganic (organic coconut water powder) 250mg, AstraGin 25mg, and an Electrolyte Blend of over 900mg containing calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, chloride, sodium and potassium, along with Vitamin C, Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12.

Other ingredients listed are malic acid, natural flavors, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sucralose, turmeric root extract (color) and acesulfame potassium. The label states the product may contain milk, soya, gluten and nuts.

Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism.

Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function.

Ingredients

Mandatory information

Mix 1 stick pack with 12–16 oz (355–475 mL) of water or beverage of choice. Stir or shake well until fully dissolved. Vary amount of liquid to taste. Consume before, during, or after exercise, or throughout the day as an electrolyte thirst quencher.
