Description

This is a powder supplied in a 390g (13.76 oz) pack, providing 30 servings. Each scoop is approximately 13 g and is mixed with water or another beverage before use.

The formula contains an Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) and BCAAs Complex made up of L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Lysine HCL, L-Threonine, L-Histidine HCL, L-Phenylalanine, L-Methionine and L-Tryptophan, together with a Hydration Complex of Taurine, Calci-K® (Calcium Potassium Phosphate Citrate), Raw Coconut (Cocos Nucifera) (fruit) Water Concentrate and AstraGin™ [Astragalus membranaceus (root) Extract and Panax notoginseng (root) Extract]. It also provides Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium and Sodium in the forms listed, along with Citric Acid, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Maltodextrin, Silica, Sucralose and Acesulfame K.

The label states this product contains tree nuts (coconut).

Mandatory information

Shake container before each use. Mix 1 scoop (approx. 13 g) into 10-16 oz of cold water and drink between meals. On training days consume 1 serving during your workout to help enhance muscle performance, strength and endurance, or immediately after to refuel, rehydrate and rebuild faster. On non-training days mix 1 scoop into 10-16 oz of cold water and drink anytime. For best results use daily.
