Description

BCAA 20:1:1 Xplode, Grapefruit is a powder supplied in a 500 g pack. Each 7.2 g portion provides 5000 mg of branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine) in a 20:1:1 ratio, together with 1000 mg of L-citrulline. The label also lists magnesium (from magnesium oxide), zinc (from zinc bisglycinate, amino acid chelate Albion™) and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) among the ingredients.

Other ingredients include an acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings, sodium citrate, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), an emulsifier (lecithins, from soy), and colours which vary depending on the flavour; the grapefruit variety uses carotenes and paprika extract.

The product is manufactured on a production site that uses derivatives of milk, eggs, soy, nuts, peanuts, cereals containing gluten, fish, crustaceans and molluscs, and it contains lecithins from soy.

Ingredients

Branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), L-citrulline, acidity regulator – citric acid; flavourings, sodium citrate, magnesium oxide, sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose; emulsifier – lecithins (from soy); zinc bisglycinate (amino acid chelate Albion™), pyridoxine hydrochloride – vit. B6, colours: carotenes (A), carmines (B), riboflavins (C), E 150c (D), E 150d (E), E 133 (F), patent blue V (G), indigo carmine (H), chlorophylls and chlorophyllins (I), curcumin (J), anthocyanins (K), paprika extract (L), betanin (M), vegetable carbon (N). (A)-(N) – Depending on the flavour of the product, for ingredients used see symbols beside the date of minimum durability (best before). Grapefruit flavour uses carotenes (A) and paprika extract (L).

Mandatory information

Take 1–2 portions a day – before a meal or training and after training or before sleep. Dissolve 1 portion of the product (7.2 g of powder = 1 scoop) in 200 ml of water; use a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Consume directly after preparation.
