This product is supplied in capsule form, with 60 capsules per pack, providing 30 daily servings at a dose of 2 capsules per day. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Each daily dose of 2 capsules provides 195 mg of elderberry fruit extract (Sambucus nigra) DER 4:1, 195 mg of green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis) DER 4:1, 195 mg of white mulberry leaf extract (Morus alba L.) DER 15:1 (of which 1.95 mg is 1-deoxynojirimycin), 195 mg of mate leaf extract (Ilex paraguariensis) DER 4:1, 195 mg of yarrow herb extract (Achillea millefolium) DER 4:1, totalling 975 mg of plant extracts, along with 19.4 mg of L-leucine. The ingredient list also includes inulin.

The label states the product does not contain alcohol, flavourings, colourings, added sugar, sweeteners, soya, dairy, lactose or gluten, and that no allergens are declared.
