Each serving of 3 tablets provides 1000 mg of methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), 1000 mg of glucosamine sulfate (from shellfish), 400 mg of palmitoyl ethanolamide (PEA) and 15 µg of vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol), equivalent to 300% Nutrient Reference Value.

The ingredient declaration lists bulking agent (cellulose), methylsulfonylmethane, glucosamine sulfate (from shellfish), maltodextrin, palmitoyl ethanolamide, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acids), coating agents (cellulose, colors including dioxide of titanium, ponceau 4R, tartrazine and indigo carmine) and cholecalciferol. The label notes that ponceau 4R and tartrazine may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
