Description

This is a milk chocolate caramel flavoured protein bar, supplied as a pack of 12 bars, each weighing 62g, for a total net content of 744g.

The protein blend used is milk protein isolate, hydrolysed wheat protein, soy protein isolate and whey protein isolate, with sunflower lecithin as an emulsifier. The bar is coated in couverture milk chocolate with sweetener (maltitol), containing cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass and soy lecithin, and includes a low sugar caramel layer made with glycerol, maltodextrin, oligofructose, maltitol powder, coconut oil, skimmed milk powder, modified waxy maize starch, pectin, calcium lactate, soy lecithin, salt and xanthan gum. Other ingredients include glycerine, soluble tapioca fibre, maltitol syrup, sucralose, water and natural flavouring.

The label states the product contains milk, wheat (gluten) and soy, and may contain traces of gluten, milk, soy, peanuts, nuts, sulphur dioxide and sulphites. Per bar (62g), it provides 209 kcal, 4.8g fat, 21g carbohydrates, 4.5g fibre, 22g protein and 0.36g salt.
