Neuro-Intercell is supplied in capsule form, with 90 capsules per pack. The pack weighs 55.8 g in total, and each capsule weighs 620 mg.

Each capsule contains citicoline (Cognizin®), a sunflower seed lecithin complex containing phosphatidylserine, choline bitartrate, and Ginkgo biloba L. leaf extract standardised to 24% flavonol glycosides and 6% terpene lactones. It also contains calcium D-pantothenate, thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid and methylcobalamin, along with hydroxypropylmethylcellulose as a glazing agent and magnesium salts of fatty acids as an anti-caking agent. Per capsule, this provides 250 mg citicoline, 100 mg phosphatidylserine, 30 mg choline, 25 mg Ginkgo biloba leaf extract, 12 mg pantothenic acid, 5 mg thiamine, 5 mg vitamin B6, 200 µg folic acid and 75 µg vitamin B12.

The label states the product contains no soy, lactose, milk protein, gluten, artificial dyes, flavors, or preservatives, and that the phosphatidylserine is sourced from sunflower rather than soy.
