YANGO Omega 3 500mg (60 caps)

YANGO Omega 3 is supplied in softgel form, with a net content of 42.54 g. Each capsule contains 500 mg of fish oil, standardized to 35% EPA and 25% DHA, along with D-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E). The capsule shell is made from gelatin, with glycerin and glycerol used as humectants.

Per capsule, the fish oil provides 175 mg of EPA and 125 mg of DHA, alongside 2.5 mg of vitamin E (21% Nutrient Reference Value). At the two-capsule daily dose, this amounts to 1000 mg of fish oil, 350 mg of EPA, 250 mg of DHA and 5 mg of vitamin E (42% Nutrient Reference Value).

The label states the product does not contain gluten, sugar, dairy products, table salt, corn, crustaceans, wheat or soy, and is free from heavy metals such as arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury. It also states there are no artificial preservatives, fragrances or colorants.
