Brain Fuel is supplied in capsule form, with 60 capsules per pack providing 30 servings. Each daily serving of 2 capsules provides N-Acetyl L-Carnitine, L-Tyrosine, Choline (from VitaCholine® Choline Bitartrate), Caffeine Anhydrous, Zinc Gluconate, Panax Ginseng Extract (10:1), Ashwagandha Root Extract (10:1), Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12.

The capsule shell is made from Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose with Brilliant Blue as a colour. Other listed ingredients include anti-caking agents magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. The label states no common allergens are included.
