Rule1 R1 Protein Sample (1 pc, Chocolate Fudge)

This is a single sachet sample of a powdered protein product, Chocolate Fudge flavor, with approximately 32 g per serving. It is mixed with a liquid before use.

The protein blend consists of whey protein isolate and hydrolyzed whey protein isolate, combined with cocoa processed with alkali. The remaining ingredients, each at 2% or less, are natural and artificial flavors, sucralose, salt, acesulfame potassium, soy lecithin and sunflower lecithin. The label states it contains milk and soy.

Each 32 g serving provides 120 calories, 1 g total fat, 0.5 g saturated fat, 5 mg cholesterol, 130 mg sodium, 3 g total carbohydrate, 1 g dietary fiber, 1 g total sugars, 25 g protein, 110 mg calcium, 170 mg potassium and approximately 6 g of naturally occurring BCAAs.
