Flex All Complete, Grapefruit is a powder supplied in a 400g pack, providing 20 servings of 20g each. Each 20 g serving (1 scoop) contains 10 g hydrolysed bovine collagen, 1.2 g L-proline, 300 mg glucosamine sulphate (of which 180 mg glucosamine), 300 mg MSM, 200 mg vitamin C, 60 mg magnesium and 5 mg vitamin B6.

The ingredients are hydrolysed bovine collagen, maltodextrin, L-proline, glucosamine sulphate 2KCl [crustaceans], methyl sulfonyl methane (MSM), magnesium salts of citric acid, acidity regulator (citric acid), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), flavouring, acacia fibre, sweeteners (sucralose), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) and colouring agent (beta-carotene).

The label states the product contains crustaceans (from glucosamine sulphate 2KCl [crustaceans]) and may contain cereals containing gluten, soya, milk and eggs.
