MSE QuinoMit Q10 fluid with Selenium is a liquid supplement supplied in a 30 ml pack, dispensed using a pump. Per daily serving of 5 full pump strokes, it provides 32.5 mg of coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinol), 30 µg of selenium (55% Nutrient Reference Value) and 6.5 mg of niacin (Vitamin B3, 41% Nutrient Reference Value). A single pump stroke provides 6.5 mg of coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinol), 6 µg of selenium (11% Nutrient Reference Value) and 1.3 mg of niacin (8.1% Nutrient Reference Value).

The ingredients are glycerin, ubiquinol Q10, water, the stabilizer soy lecithin, niacinamide (niacin) and sodium selenite (selenium). The label states that the product contains soy from soy lecithin, and is free from milk protein, lactose, yeast, gelatine, flavourings, colourings, preservatives and gluten.
