Vitamin D3 is supplied in softgel form, with 120 softgels per container. Each softgel provides 4000 IU (100 µg) of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol.

The softgel shell is made from bovine gelatine, with glycerol as a humectant and water. The fill consists of MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides) along with the cholecalciferol. The label states the product contains bovine gelatine and declares no gluten, lactose, soy, or palm oil.
