Rule1 Whey Protein is a powder supplied in a 2 lb (approximately 908 g) pack, providing approximately 27 servings. Each serving is 1 scoop (~33 g), delivering 130 calories, 24 g of protein, ~4 g of total carbohydrate and ~2 g of total fat, along with 11 g of essential amino acids and ~5 g of BCAAs, both naturally occurring, and ~16% DV calcium.

The protein blend consists of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and hydrolyzed whey protein isolate, combined with cocoa processed with alkali, natural and artificial flavors, cellulose gum, xanthan gum, salt, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, soy lecithin and sunflower lecithin. The label states it contains milk and soy.
