This is a powder supplied in a 25 g serving pack, containing one scoop per serving. It is intended to be mixed with a beverage before use.
Each 25 g scoop provides folate (folic acid) 400 µg, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 6 µg, calcium (from calcium carbonate) 128 mg, magnesium (from magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium oxide) 150 mg, L-citrulline (from 8 g L-citrulline malate [2:1]) 5.33 g, creatine monohydrate 5 g, beta-alanine 3.2 g, instantized L-leucine 2 g, taurine 1 g, L-tyrosine 600 mg, caffeine (anhydrous) 320 mg, inositol 180 mg, Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian ginseng) extract (38:1; equivalent to 912 mg root) 24 mg, and BioPerine black pepper extract (piperine from Piper nigrum fruit) 10 mg.
The non-medicinal ingredients are rice starch, natural and artificial flavours, sucralose, citric acid, silicon dioxide, red beet powder, tricalcium phosphate, calcium silicate, stevia leaf extract, potassium citrate, and sunflower lecithin. No allergens are explicitly stated on the label.

Obligatorisk information
Adults (19 years and older): Take 1/2 scoop, 1–2 times per day. Mix 1/2 to 1 scoop with 250–500 mL (8–16 fl oz) of water 15–45 minutes before workouts. Use 1/2 scoop or less first to assess tolerance. Do not consume within 4 hours before bedtime. Never exceed 2 servings per 24 hours.
