Aura Herbals Omega+ Vitamin D3 800 IU is a children's fish oil supplement combining high-quality omega-3 fatty acids — EPA and DHA — with vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) in a convenient twist-off softgel capsule. Each capsule delivers 500 mg of fish oil, providing 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA, alongside 20 µg (800 IU) of vitamin D3, supplying 400% of the Nutrient Reference Value for vitamin D.
