Natur Tanya B Complex Extra is a comprehensive, high-potency B vitamin formula delivering all eight essential B vitamins in a single daily tablet. Each tablet supplies active, bioavailable forms of key nutrients — including methylcobalamin and 5'-deoxyadenosylcobalamin for B12, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate for B6, and calcium-L-methylfolate alongside (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid for folate — supporting optimal absorption and utilisation by the body.
The formula is further enhanced with BioPerine® black pepper extract, standardised for piperine, and safflower flower extract.
